    We have key fob controlled access to the building.

  • What amenities do the apartment include?

    Getting EV soon, rooftop, rooftop lounge, gym, 2nd floor sky bridge with wifi.

  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    Yes, we are pet friendly!

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?

    $25/month per pet up to 2 max.

  • Do you offer bike storage?

    Yes, we do have bike storage!

  • Do you have storage units available?

    Yes, they are $75/month.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Application Process

  • What are the application criteria?

    Applicants must have an income 2.5 times the monthly rent.

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    Typically, processing takes around 2-4 business days but can vary depending on individual screening. MFTE approvals can take about 4 weeks.

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    No, we do not. Our lease terms are 12 months minimum.

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    You would apply and we can hold it up to 2 weeks.

  • Are there any move in charges?

    We charge a $300 admin fee.

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?

    We have storage units available for $75/month

Resident Life

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    Yes, we offer compost as well.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    BAG and SCL

  • What is the guest policy?

    Persons not listed in the lease must not stay in the apartment for more than 15 days in any 12-month period.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes, we do.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Residents can submit a maintenance request via our online portal,  Henri

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    They can contact after hours at 509.902.0831

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes, otherwise a $50 noncompliance fee.

  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    Residents can pay in person at the leasing office, or online via our resident portal,  Henri.
